For those seeking a fully hands-off experience, our Clama Prestige (25%) includes everything in Essential Care, with the addition of a dedicated maintenance fund. This fund is built directly from 5% of your property’s earnings and is used to cover routine upkeep, minor repairs, and replacements, the kind of unexpected costs that often disrupt rental income.
By proactively setting this aside, we ensure your property remains in perfect condition without the need for constant approvals.
